Comfortable rooms and pleasant staff

Gorgeous hotel. Favourable and stunning location just a pleasant stroll away from Teatro Salon Cervantes

It was a relatively inexpensive and very private hostel. It was very accommodating considering I don't speak any Spanish.

I wish they had an English-speaking employee on duty at all times. Luckily I had a friend who could speak Spanish so this wasn't a big problem.

The room was simple but clean, and the whole place was kept tidy. 🧹 the location was really great, just a short stroll from the city walls. Plus, the airport was only 19 miles away.

Walls thin like paper. We could hear every word and every movement of the neighbors. Everything else was quite good.

All of the staff members were COMPETENT and very amiable. My quadruple room had modern conveniences, including climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a work desk. The vibe here was quiet.

Overall, excellent value for money. The room was clean and comfortable with a good shower and considering the very low price they offer a lot. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center of Alcalá de Henares, close to the old town and the train station. It is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Calle Mayor. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the premises are clean.

Value for money

I had paid cash, later on the day I was called by Booking .com that the Hostal did not accept amex (thats the cc I used to book) if I had another cc to pay, I was surprised by the administrative failure of the hostal. So make sure you get a recept after paying.

Perfectly fine for my needs and budget-clean and tidy, with helpfully English speaking staff and conveniently late check-in.

I chose this hotel for attending a summit and it was perfectly located for both business and leisure guests. The service was excellent, with clean rooms and free breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return if I needed somewhere to stay in Alcala de Henares.

The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace or business center.
